ITIL® 4 Foundation (English)
The Foundation level is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 and enables candidates to look at IT service management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.
ITIL 4 takes you through a service value system which provides a holistic picture of what it really means to contribute to business value.
Our experienced trainers use practical examples to illustrate the advantages of introducing ITIL processes and to show you how to overcome any hurdles that you may face. Following the seminar, you have the chance to sit the internationally recognized ITIL Foundation certification examination. This is a prerequisite for enrolment to the more advanced trainings.
All ITIL® courses were provided by the ATO exccon AG, a PEOPLECERT accredited trainings- and test center for ITIL®.

Certification:
The ITIL® Foundation examination is held after the seminar. This is a multiple-choice examination with 40 questions which must be answered in 60 minutes. To earn the certificate you must answer 26 of 40 questions correctly, thus 65%.
If you pass the ITIL® Foundation examination you will receive 2 credits and the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, which is a requirement for further training within the ITIL® 4 curriculum.
Candidates who sit the examination in a language which is not their mother tongue or candidates with special requirements (e.g. health restrictions) are entitled to an extended examination time. Please inform us if we should apply for an extended examination time for you when you register.
ATTENTION: Exam fees of € 215,00 plus VAT were not included in the course fee.
