ITIL® 4 is the established service management framework for designing, delivering, operating and improving IT-enabled services. The framework connects proven IT Service Management principles with topics such as Agile, DevOps, Cloud, digital transformation and value streams. It does not replace structured service management with loose methods, but gives organizations a flexible model for aligning people, digital technology, suppliers, partners and processes around value creation.
The entry point is the ITIL® 4 Foundation training in English. It provides the common terminology, core concepts and certification basis for further ITIL® 4 modules.
